The consumption of food/drink shall be done in a designated area only.750.530. Observed the following improper handwashing practices. Employee washing her hands at the three compartment sink. Provide for hands to be properly washed as often as necessary to keep them clean and free of contamination. *20  Observed the sanitizer solution to be too weak at the following location. Employee adjusted sanitizer too proper level. Provide for the sanitizer solution to be mixed to the appropriate leveel for the type of sanitizer being used. 750.830 Immediate/Onsite

Observed the following food products to be improperly stored. 1.Bag of pinto beans were on the back floor along with a boxes of tea. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. 750.130 2. Observed food being boiled with plastic and aluminum foil on them.
